According to the relevant regulations on graduation and departure from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), doctoral graduates and master's graduates are required to submit electronic versions of their theses (PDF) online to the library.
The library currently only accepts electronic versions of doctoral &master’s theses for archiving purposes.
Before the submitted paper is reviewed, users may modify personal information or re-upload your document. However, after your submission has been approved after review, no modifications or re-upload are allowed. Please ensure that the submitted thesis is the final revised version.

Please organize your thesis according to the following requirements.
1.The Originality and Copyright Statement is needed in your PDF dissertation, pls download the official file from the website. The Statement requires handwritten signatures of supervisor and author, and thesis title on the Statement should be consistent with the one on the cover page.

2.Bookmark Navigation is needed.
3.The PDF file must have clear text, no blank pages, and no garbled characters.
4.Graduates from Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) should select HIT(Shenzhen) in the “Department” field of the thesis submission system.
